Wizpig from Diddy Kong Racing.
Wizpig is the main antagonist of Diddy Kong Racing. He takes over Timber Island after defeating Drumstick and turning him into a frog. At the end of the game,after he's been defeated, he's seen flying over the island with his spaceship promising to come back. This never happened after Microsoft bought Rare, causing the cancellation of the sequel Donkey Kong Racing.
In the DS version, he is playable after defeating Adventure two, but his stats are the same as Taj, In Conker's Basics, He is mentioned by Banjo.
