Mr. Big Cog, also known as Mister Big Cog is a giant cog with a mustache, who appears in both Conker's Bad Fur Day and Conker: Live & Reloaded. He has a phallic stump on his mouth.
He sits next to Carl in Bat's Tower, as he is located on the right and doesn't say anything, since he has no lines and mostly acts as a background character. When Conker returns with all three lady cogs and spins the stone wheel to spin Mr. Big Cog, Carl and the three lady cogs around rapidly, then the lady cogs exact revenge by sticking Carl to Mr. Big Cog, due to Carl's abusive personality and he wakes up on the stump of his mouth. Soon, he switches out with Quentin, who really seems to love being stuck there and finds it to be "rather delicious."
In both versions, Mr. Big Cog has slightly different expressions: Prior to "taking care of" the Bullfish, Mr. Big Cog's eyes are wide open. Afterwards, when Carl/Quentin is stuck on Mr. Big Cog's stake center, he is shown to have relaxed his gaze slightly.
